(See pictures) and their website doesn’t reflect the updated policy on room-service (which is no longer available). The lamps had some weird dust collecting in them and looked shabby. The room was mediocre and was missing a chair to the desk and had scuff marks on it. Their website says to use the express check out but I just got an error every time I tried to use it. My bank would have happily released the $150 if I had been able to get a copy of my bill upon check out. I submitted a request for a copy of my bill via the website and never got a response even though they say they will get back to you within 3 days.
I requested a copy of my bill and was told that since it was zero dollars, that they could not provide me anything, which I know is incorrect. The hotel staff just refer you to the billing department (who does not answer the phone) and who does not return phone calls after leaving a message. Then, I had to wait for the refund of one night to be put back into my account only to have the authorization for incidentals (which is $150) remain on my account for the full 10 days.
First off, I was charged for one night when my stay was supposed to be complimentary. From the beginning, it seemed like there was misinformation from the staff at the hotel on several things. I wasn’t too impressed with the stay at this location.
